Discover U2
Designed to help participants move their leadership skills to the next level of effectiveness, Discover U2 leverages the teachings of Discover U in a hands-on, interactive course,
conducted almost entirely outdoors. Emphasis is placed on development of heightened personal effectiveness, applicable to both their personal and professional life. Participants are able to
reinforce and further develop their communication and leadership skills; handle increased levels of responsibility; enhance confidence in themselves and the team; in addition
to learning how to become more persuasive and decisive.
Discover U2 Advanced Leadership Breakthrough Training helps participants construct highly effective world-class high-performance teams, enhance commitment and loyalty among team
members and co-workers, and strengthen team focus on organizational vision and outcomes. The course outcomes include strengthened sense of responsibility and ownership. Individuals
are empowered with the ability to develop new perspectives, strategies and tactics regarding day-to-day personal and professional challenges.
