Beyond Excellence Leadership Program
(ages 18-25)

During this experiential, 4-day retreat-style program, participants are shown the value of choosing to be focused, enthusiastic, self-confident, bold, young adults. They learn about having integrity and the importance of doing what they say they’ll do, when they say they’ll do it. Graduates learn to go Beyond Excellence by playing full out, accepting personal responsibility, and redefining their 100%.
