Call Center Service Representative 

Discover Leadership Training is seeking positive and focused customer service professionals to make outbound calls, set appointments, and assist in maintaining current client relationships. We are extremely passionate about delivering outstanding service to our clients. The full-time position will be based out of our Houston, TX sales office.

Job Duties:

• Responsible for scheduling calls and appointments for sales associates
• Conduct outbound calls to generate continued business
• Provide customer-service support to clients
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and questions

Qualifications:

• Proficient communication skills, both verbal and written
• Good computer skills • Committed to follow - up and follow - through
• Success driven and fast paced Call center and/or sales experience a plus
• ACT! Customer Relation Database experience is a plus
• Graduate of Discover Leadership Training is a plus

Sales Associate

Discover Leadership training is seeking a self-confident, enthusiastic, tenacious, focused sales professional. A Discover Leadership Training Sales Asscociate is committed to building synergistic partnerships with our clients. Sales Associates utilize our training and coaching solutions to fulfill our client's needs cultivating significant growth within that organization. Associates must have confidence in our product and in themselves to develop the long-lasted, synergistic relationships needed to be successful. Discover Leadership Training provides associates with the opportunity to challenge themselves to build a career instead of an ordinary job. Our unique sales structure means there won't be any "cold calling" and you choose your own salary (base salary for 90 days, then commission only, medical and dental benefits available).

Qualifications: 

• Successful business and/or Sales background
• Commitment to learn and grow
• Must be willing to accept personal responsibility, be coachable and professional 
• Other helpful characteristics would include self-discipline, team player, positive attitude, enthusiasm, integrity, and tenacity
• Telephone sales experience is a plus
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office software is a plus
• Graduate of Discover Leadership Training is a plus
