Discover Communications

Our two-day Discover Communications corporate training program will teach employees how to build more effective relationships and how to reframe negative perceptions into positive possibilities.  This course is designed to help wipe the smoke off the mirror so that participants have a better understanding of themselves and others.  The program utilizes behavioral technologies and teaches perception awareness and targeted language techniques. Employees will learn negotiation skills, how to meet others where they are, and how to effectively communicate the vision or outcome until it is complete The benefits received through our processes are: Setting positive outcomes, accepting personal responsibility, increased self-confidence better listening skills, understanding yourself, understanding others, building more effective relationships, increased level of focus
