Discover U2 Advanced Leadership Training (prerequisite: Discover U)

This program was created solely for Discover U Graduates as it begins where Discover U ends.  In this advanced program, through the use of behavioral technologies, you will have the opportunity to understand yourself better so that you can understand others better which allows more effective communication.  You will then get to apply your knowledge and build upon your leadership foundation, accelerating you to your next level. You will understand the essential elements of diversity while implementing and utilizing the strengths of every member of the team.
