How to complete our enrollment process

Discover Leadership Training uses DocuSign* to handle all of our signature required processes, including our enrollment forms. Below is an overview of the enrollment form process which takes approximately 5 minutes to complete.

Step 1:  Press the   button at the bottom of the page

Step 2:  Type your legal name and your email in the boxes provided then press "Begin Signing"

 

Step 3:  Press "Review Document" and begin filling out the enrollment form

 Step 4:  Fill out all the fields on page 1 of the enrollment form then press "Sign Here".

Step 5:  Fill out all the fields on page 2 and then press "Sign Here".

Step 6:  Press "Confirm Signing"

 

 Step 7:  The enrollment process is now complete. Save, download and or print a copy for your records.
