How do I support a new Graduate?

My nominee just graduated, what can I do to support them?

  • Once you have received their journals, discuss them with them and give the journals back to them to keep
  • Ask them to share their Vision Statement with you
  • Develop an accountability agreement focused on the commitments they made in class
  • Have discussions about the Thoughts of the Day
  • Bring other graduates together to celebrate your new graduates success!
